Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we can. Our standard processing/fulfillment time is some business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update.

Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.But the longest time will not exceed 30 days. You can contact us by email at any time to solve your problem.
We are fully responsible for the loss, damage, and delay of the package during transportation; if the buyer chooses another carrier, the buyer must bear the responsibility for the transportation process.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
